KRY was jointly engaged with another M&A advisor to prepare an operating financial model of an award-winning toy and gift company based in the United Kingdom. The model, which was used to approach potential equity investors, comprised of a number of different operating and financing scenarios. It was built according to the FAST Standard for financial modelling. KRY was also engaged as a valuation advisor for the company to assist share price negotiations.
